In this talk, I will give quick tips on simple, but key, things we can do in our daily work to win potential clients, impress new and current clients and make them all fall in love with you.
Caroline Alberoni is a Brazilian translator from English and Italian specialized in IT, marketing, business, environment and education, with eight years of experience. She holds an MA in Translation Studies with Intercultural Communication (University of Surrey, UK) and a BA in Languages Specialized in Translation (Unesp, Brazil), which shows how much she loves translation. Besides being the head and heart behind Alberoni Translations, she is a social media curator. Caroline loves social media, so you can find her on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. She is also a blogger and hosts a translation podcast in Brazilian Portuguese (TradTalk).
