1. Personal leadership:
This is not leadership over others, but over your own life. The idea is to have clear goals and understand where you want to be heading to as well as how to reach the desired destination (yes, you will need to leave that all too easy comfort zone of yours!).
2. Business structure:
When shifting to work with direct clients, you business structure should also shift with it. The idea is not to work more, but to work smarter.
3. Marketing and sales:
If nobody knows you exist, you don’t have any work. Discover how you can turn the often misconcepted marketing beast into a pleasant environment.
When you leave this workshop, you should have a good plan to start building your growth.

Between 2017 and 2019 he doubled his gross income to a very nice six-figure number.
He likes to share his broad knowledge and experience of not only the translation business but also his acquired expertise on marketing for translators, both via guest lectures at universities and personal coaching of translators.
He also has a very popular Dutch language blog and regularly gives presentations in cultural and other organisations about why people believe in myths and about the history of European languages.
