All sessions on the second day of BP17 (as well as any masterclasses on the pre-conference day) will be held at Hotel Aréna, a 4-star hotel just 4 metro stops away from the heart of Budapest.
BP17 attendees will be able to book rooms at special rates (75€ for a single, 84€ a double), all taxes and breakfast included. Hotel guests have free access to the gym, the swimming pool and the sauna. These rates are valid for any length of stay between 1 and 10 May. Location
Hotel Aréna is conveniently located right next to a metro stop (Puskás Ferenc stadion on line M2). You can reach Uránia in about 15 minutes, while public transport hub Deák Ferenc tér is just 4 stops away.
The hotel is also served by frequent night buses between midnight and 4 am.

There’s a large covered parking lot adjacent to the hotel at a daily rate.
