BP25 welcome reception on Monday, 12 May
- Takes place in the conference hotel (Hotel Qubus), 19:30 – 21:30
- finger food (special diets are also catered for)
- Drinks (beer / wine / soft drinks) are included
- Guests are welcome
- Costs 45€ if you buy a welcome reception ticket together with a ‘Basic’ conference ticket (otherwise it’s 55€)
- CHOOSE THIS IF YOU DON’T NEED TO PAY VAT
- Appears on the invoice as ‘Module Q’
