BP25 gala dinner on Tuesday, 13 May
- Includes a short cruise on the Vistula river (only if at least 150 people will be on board)
- Cruise boat capacity is 200 people: first come, first serve
- Gala dinner at stationary boat Aquarius, overlooking Wawel castle
- Restaurant capacity: 220 people
- Buffet dinner (special diets are also catered for)
- Seated dinner on two floors
- Welcome drink + 3 units of beer / wine / soft drinks are included
- Guests are welcome
- Costs 75€ if you buy a gala dinner ticket together with a ‘Basic’ conference ticket (otherwise it’s 85€)
- Appears on the invoice as ‘Module A’
